Snowbirds may become Jailbirds, Voter fraud investigations expand.
The rampant voter fraud that has so far prevaded the Primary season is now extending to Florida; the state with the most suspected Voter fraud in the nation from the 2000 and 2004 Presidential elections. One of the longtime Voter Fraud tricks; is the double vote for people with two homes, the permanent residency in New York and New Jersey and a second home in Florida. These snowbirds are now under a microscope, due to the massive natiowide voter witch-hunt currently underway. Voters in New York who have second homes in Florida are currently being investigated for the upcoming Primaries in Florida and New York. Voter records can easily be obtained from the board of elections, in New York and Florida. Absentee ballots need to be requested from both Florida and New York, now with the internet it is fairly easy to check absentee ballots in both states.
New Hampshire is currently under going a re-count on both Democratic and Republican tickets from suspected voter fraud from the infamous diebold machines, that were responsible for the voter fraud in the Florida Presidential election in 2000. There is also suspected voter fraud from the Iowa caucus due to the use of electronic voting machines from Elron electronics. So far the preliminary reports from New Hampshire, are enormous amounts of vote fixing. During the ongoing re-count in New Hampshire, Hillsborough county has reported a vote change of 1869 votes, Clinton lost 675 votes in the re-count, Edwards lost 279 votes, Obama lost 679, and Richardson lost 236, this is just one county! Voter Fraud is becoming a huge National issue and all primaries are going to be suspected for Voter fraud.
The Florida state law states the penalties for vote fraud as follows: A person who commits or attempts to commit any fraud in connection with voting, votes a fraudulent ballot, or votes more than once in an election can be convicted of a felony of the third degree and fined up to $5,000 and/or imprisoned for up to 5 years.”A person who commits or attempts to commit any fraud in connection with voting, votes a fraudulent ballot, or votes more than once in an election can be convicted of a felony of the third degree and fined up to $5,000 and/or imprisoned for up to 5 years.”
The division of elections in Florida has a voter fraud hotline, 877-868-3737, where they can file a complaint of someone suspected of vote fraud. Clean elections are integral to a Republican form of government which is why the U.S. Military may get involved by utilizing the Provost Marshal, to restore the integrity of the National Election process. It is the job of the U.S. Military to guarantee a Republican form of government.

If we do one thing right in this country it should be having fair and honest elections, afterall many men and women have and continue to die for this sacred tradition!
I bet 75% of Americans have a hunch there is widespread fraud.
January 22nd, 2008 at 5:23 am
Count me in as part of that 75% with a “hunch”. It’s disgusting the way our elections are managed, and I’m glad someone is doing some investigating before the actual voting takes place!

If you folks in the U.S. want fair and honest elections you should start by trashing those ghastly, hackable voting machines country wide and use paper ballots marked with a pen and hand count them.
Those machines are the only reason you were saddled with Bush for the last 7 years. He didn’t win fair and square…….the machines were rigged.
If you need to read up more on election fraud, do yourselves a favour and visit www.bradblog.com or www.blackboxvoting.com. Both these sites are a mine of information and are dedicated to ending the corruption in your election process.
And for the movie lovers, there’s “Hacking Democracy” and “Uncounted”. Both guaranteed to knock your socks off regarding the rampant election fraud that has been going on for years.

“Voter” fraud and “election” fraud are not the same thing. “Voter” fraud, despite Republican claims to the contrary, is very rare. Please read this article from the 4/11/07 New York Times: “In 5-Year Effort, Scant Evidence of Voter Fraud”
From the article:
“Five years after the Bush administration began a crackdown on voter fraud, the Justice Department has turned up virtually no evidence of any organized effort to skew federal elections, according to court records and interviews.
“Although Republican activists have repeatedly said fraud is so widespread that it has corrupted the political process and, possibly, cost the party election victories, about 120 people have been charged and 86 convicted as of last year.”
However, ELECTION fraud is a different matter. For information on ELECTION fraud, the above comment from Mar has good links. www.bradblog.com and www.blackboxvoting.org

What happened to FACT CHECKING???
“So far the preliminary reports from New Hampshire, are enormous amounts of vote fixing. During the ongoing re-count in New Hampshire, Hillsborough county has reported a vote change of 1869 votes……”
Since the SOS has NOT posted the full results of the recount, this 1869 number is false.
Further, some of the numbers have changed because of human and voter ERROR.
Is your position so weak that you can’t rely on the TRUTH to make your case?

You have no idea how bad it is. If your paranoid, believe me, the vote fraud is far, far worse than you can even imagine. I have credibility since I was a former FBI Division Chief and I’m telling you straight, we have only exposed the tip of a gigantic iceberg. We talking about felony vote fraud! The people who are conspiring to participate in this diabolical plot need to be arrested, prosecuted and imprisoned upon conviction…and there by send a clear message to other crime-prone individuals that they are made criminally liable when they perpetrate this major felony. Swamp the Department of Justice with emails demanding an genuine investigation of all alleged federal and state violations of our nation’s election laws. Do it today: AskDOJ@usdoj.gov

The people who vote in florida and new york at the same time are Guliani voters. We must stop them, they have already voted absentee in NY, now they will vote for Guliani in Florida.

Election fraud is actually quite rampant and we’re learning how expansive it really is the past 12 months. If you want to learn more and help take our elections back, please visit www.ProjectVoteCount.com and register to volunteer the day of the primaries. Thank you.

Actually, the piddling little attempts to switch a few votes is hardly the most serious election fraud perpetrated on the people of this country. The worst fraud was and is the subverting of the entire election process and its conversion into a beauty contest of 30 seconds sound bites between vacuous mouthpieces trying desperately to divide the country into them and us. Where have all the statesmen and leaders gone? Into the black holes of petty partisan politics!

Easily distracted much?
These voting illigalities ARE NOT being perpetrated by your citizen, it is an ORGANIZED perpetration by the people in power, along with those who have been given the contracts for the voting machines… PEOPLE ARE BEING DENIED THE BASIC RIGHT TO VOTE, and your think it’s a bunch of second home owner’s who are guilty???
If it wasn’t all to tragic and didn’t have a deleterious effect on the rest of the world I would laugh at you STUPID AMERICANS!!!

This article is poorly written. It confuses voter fraud with election fraud. The first is what people do when they register or vote, the later is what is done to the people when they are prevented from voting or have their votes mis-counted.
Also, Diebold touch screens were not used in Florida in 2000, they used punch cards…hence the hanging and dimpled chads.
As for rampant fraud…what is your source or proof? While the New Hampshire results may raise eyebrows there is, as yet, no definate sign of fraud…just a lot of flags. Even then its the system that is faulty…that’s election fraud.
The difference is important as the administration is trying to claim a lot of voter fraud as a way to require specific ID for voters…which is likely to keep many of the poor and elderly from voting…and that would be election fraud.

such balls they have to try and make a fuss about these “snowbirds” when the real problem is the national parties gaming and defrauding on such a grand level. we may have had a democracy once upon a time in this country; now we are mostly just passengers on a train we aren’t allowed to be involved in.
i don’t know where, Sweden maybe? they vote in public referendums on all major issues. THAT is a democracy; picking some pandering lying congressman every few years is NOT, not even close; it’s just a sop, a crumb sent to appease us, but really, it’s just a shade above meaningless.

Voter fraud is a myth created by the Republicans. So is the illegal immigration problem. So is the drug problem and the p0rno problem.
All of these issues were invented in order to allow gather more and more personal data on ordinary citizens. Voter ID card, national ID card, immigration registration, prisoners, all these activities are excuses, good ones at that, for collecting more information than would otherwise be accepted.
Let all Republicans roast in Hell for all eternity for their crimes against the American Constitution.

No corruption goes on forever, the truth always shines through…
Unfortunately most people are blinded to truth, so you have to let them know about things like the voting fraud questions, over and over and over, etc….
Much like what corporate America does when they show the same commercial several times during a given show…. it’s all about repetition!!!
Keep up the great work all you that seek truth!

The real fraudulent activity is the way Big Media is deciding for us which candidates we get to see and which ones we don’t!
If you rely on TV to inform you about your choices, then you are not getting the whole story!! Far from it!
When all of the decent candidates are practically shunned by the media, (Paul, Kucinich, Dodd) what do we really have left? Cardboard puppets.
And honestly if they want to mess with the machines to decide which puppet gets elected… at that point, what difference does it make? The damage has been done. The average citizen knows next to nothing about the good candidates and is lost in sound bites and misleading ads and constant fearmongering.
We’re so screwed.

Another error:
“suspected voter fraud from the infamous diebold machines, that were responsible for the voter fraud in the Florida Presidential election in 2000.”
One small problem with this silly conspiracy theory. No Diebold machines were used in Florida for the 2000 election.

I was able to walk into polling station number 004 in Sunny Isles Florida at 10pm the night before the election. All the computers were right there before me. I could have done anything I wanted with these voting machines. Someone who knows what they are doing could have infected the computers with malware or any hacker program. Watch this video as I point out one of the machines was left wide open while the others were crudely secured with plastice tiedowns and tape.
Here is the video of what I saw….

[…] So, why does this piece particularly annoy me? Well, because my community is blessed with many fine colleges and universities, and as a long-time local politico, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve overheard students snickering at a polling place about having “two votes.” You see, they voted in their home state by absentee ballot, and again here in Pennsylvania, as residents of the college they attend. And there is little that can be done about it, unless election officials undertake to cross-check registrations among the states. (This has been done to address the apparently wide-spread practice of “Snowbirds” from New York (retirees who maintain two residences, including one in Florida) to vote in both states, but is harder to do with a college’s diverse state representation among the student body.
